Owner and Founder

Hi, I’m Amy Weber, the owner and founder of Weber Accounting Services, LLC located in Ames, Iowa. I have a passion for customer service and would love to help you with your financial needs.

I graduated from Iowa State University with Bachelor of Business Administration; majoring in Accounting.  I have been helping local businesses with QuickBooks, Taxes, Payroll, and Financial Reporting for over 20 years.   Before starting my own firm, I held several positions that added to my passion for small business. These include Bookkeeper, HR Director, Payroll Specialist, Tax Preparer, and Senior Staff accountant. My passion for QuickBooks blossomed in 2001, which lead me to earn my QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation. I am also an educator, providing QuickBooks classes in our office for local entrepreneurs and small businesses. I keep up on the latest tax and accounting news by being a member of the Accountants Association  of Iowa (AAI) – see my AAI profile here – and by attending various continuing educations seminars.

I live in Nevada with my husband, Troy. He is employed in the agriculture industry. We have three children; Deven, Hailee and Kaden. Deven is enjoying life as a City Administrator in Carlisle Iowa. Hailee has joined us at the firm and is working on her Accounting Degree. Kaden is attending college at Grand View University and is on the wrestling team.  In my free time, I enjoy quilting, reading, going to concerts and attending Iowa State Athletic events.

Hello! My name is Hailee Weber. I grew up in Nevada, Iowa, and have two brothers. I graduated from Northwest Missouri State University and am continuing my Accounting education online. I recently bought a house in Nevada. In my free time, I enjoy coaching, spending time with my friends and family, going to music concerts, golfing, and watching the Cyclones.

Andrea Argotsinger

Administrative Assistant
Hi, I am Andrea Argotsinger and I’m the Administrative Assistant. I graduated from Iowa State and have been working locally for the past 25 years. My most recent position was with Renewable Energy Group that was acquired by Chevron for the past 15 years. I worked in billing, managed the accounts payable, indirect tax and the IT project management teams over my tenure.
I live on the outskirts of Ames with my husband, Andy who is a project manager for Manatts in the Ames office. We have 2 sons that both live in Ames. Austin is a mason and Aden is in his 4th year of the apprenticeship program to become an electrician. In my free time I enjoy reading, quilting, binge watching terrible TV shows, watching the Cyclones and hanging out with friends.
